The Believer - Interview with Mike Patton

Okay, well,I supposed to be taking some time off so I don't drop dead, but Mike Patton posted this interview on Facebook and I have to send it your way. This is just the teaser at the top, follow the link to the full interview at The Believer Magazine for the full interview.
They did the work, they should get the traffic:
As a teaser, Patton talks in detail about his creative process, some of his influences in music and in proces. He also touches on some of the differences in his various projects.
I drop a couple of examples from Youtube at the bottom of the page.
Enjoy!
Cheers! C.

The Believer - Interview with Mike Patton: "MIKE PATTON
[MUSICIAN]

“I’M NOT A POET. I’M NOT UP ONSTAGE TO GET SOMETHING OFF MY CHEST. I’M MAKING MUSICAL STATEMENTS, OR, MOST OF THE TIME, MUSICAL QUESTIONS FOR PEOPLE TO FIGURE OUT, AND I’M NOT GOING TO GET IN THE WAY OF THAT.”
Aurally pleasing description of one of Mike Patton’s earliest influences:
Little flexi-disc of odd mouth-sounds"
